InvestEdge and our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Invest Edge”, “Company”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) are committed to protecting the privacy of customers, investing individuals, and website visitors (“you” or “your”). We created this Privacy Policy (the “policy”) to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you visit our website or use our online services, such as the ComplianceEdge (collectively, the “Online Services”).
Please note that some of the information that we collect through the Online Services may be subject to our agreements with our customers and separate laws, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”). We primarily collect, process, and handle personal information on behalf of our customers under specific agreements that we have in place with those customers. Under those circumstances, such information will be subject to our customers’ control and, if applicable, separate privacy policies under the GLBA. Please contact the specific customer or review that customer’s privacy policy for how your personal information may be used and disclosed, such as when the customer uploads your personal information into the Online Services.
This policy only applies to the personal information we collect through your access or use of the Online Services that we own and independently control. As stated above, this policy does not apply to the personal information we collect about individuals that we process on behalf of our customers.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This policy may change from time to time (see “Changes To This This Policy”).

When we make changes to this policy, we will post the updates on the Online Services and update the Policy’s “Last Revised” date above. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect several types of information about you, including:
Information provided by you, such as contact and demographic information; payment information; email address; phone number; information you provide when you complete a survey administered by us or a service provider acting on our behalf; information you may submit to inquire about or apply for a job with us; and if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and any contact information provided.
Information collected automatically as you use our Online Services, such as usage details, IP address, internet browser, operating system, session ID information, and which links you click when using our Online Services.
Information provided by third parties, such as lead generators.

We may disclose information that we collect about you, or that you provide directly to us:
- to our related companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates;
- to third party service providers and to vendors we engage to perform functions on our behalf such as: billing and collection providers; auditing and accounting firms; professional services consultants; providers of analytics services; security vendors; and IT vendors;

The Online Services may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of any other site or platform that collects your personal information.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Online Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us through use of the Online Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 unless we have verification of parental or guardian consent. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to us through the Online Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information. HOW WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Invest Edge takes reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the Online Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
USING THE ONLINE SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
If you are accessing the Online Services outside of the United States, please be aware that your personal information and other information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Online Services, you understand that your personal information and other information may be transferred to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy.
